Enterprise Police Department Respond to a Shooting Call

On July 3, 2018, at 9:45 AM, the Enterprise Police Department responded to a shooting that occurred at Endale Estates Trailer Park which is located in the 25000 Block of Hwy 134 Enterprise, AL. 


The shooting occurred after a verbal and physical altercation took place between the suspect and the victim. Witnesses advised that after the physical altercation, the suspect retrieved a handgun and fired multiple times.


The victim received a single gunshot wound to the leg and is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. 


EPD Detectives arrested and charged Miguel Rodriguez Sulivan, age 41, of Enterprise, AL with Assault 1st Degree.  Sulivan was transported to the Coffee County Jail after arrest.


This is an active investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
