Florida Man Sentenced to Life in Prison

BRUCE, FL - In may of 2014, James Davis pointed a shotgun at his female neighbor and accused her of taking his dogs.
The male resident went inside to get his gun to protect his children, when Davis followed him.
The two struggled and Davis’s gun went off, firing a round into the other man’s stomach.
Davis was found guilty of Attempted First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Burglary with a Firearm and Shooting Into an Occupied Building.
