Tomorrow morning Oct. 26th the east trailhead of Forever Wild Trails will be reopened. Zion Cemetary Ridge and Big Levee Trails are ready to be enjoyed once again by the public. Be aware that SAM's Creekside Trail is not yet ready for use.

The city crews and the Southeast Alabama Mountainbikers will continue working toward getting SAM's Trail back in action as soon as possible. The areas that are still not useable are the north trailhead with Beaver Tail Flats Trail, SAM's Creekside Trail, Connector B Bridge and the advanced Wall Ride Loop. The trail areas that are available include Dragon's Tail, Stagecoach Plateau, Zion Cemetary Ridge and Big Levee.

There will be further updates as we are able to open the other areas. From Oct. 26th forward both the east and west trailheads on Fortner will be open.

For more information please contact Dothan Leisure Services at 615-3700.
