ASHFORD: This afternoon friends, family came together to honor former Lt. Governor Lucy Baxley by naming a section of US 84 in name.


The section was named Lt Gov. Lucy Baxley Memorial Highway. This section is located between mile marker 220 and goes until mile marker 224. Below is a full video of the ceremony.
