Geneva County High School Athletic Club President Charged with Embezzlment

The president of the Geneva County High School Athletic Club was charged with embezzling several thousand dollars from the organization.


Police say Ellen Lett stole the funds over a three year period. So far, police believe she had taken at least $8,500 is missing but this investigation is ongoing according to police several thousands of additional dollars potentially could be missing. The investigation is ongoing.


Lett is charged with Theft of Property First Degree and is free on bond.
