Someone was killed leaving the Montgomery County Courthouse following testifying in a murder case. Gunned down in the streets in front of the Montgomery County Courthouse.
If you are not aware, Montgomery is the Capital City of the State of Alabama. And these buildings are blocks away from the Capital, Alabama Department of Law Enforcement, and Alabama Attorney General's Office. Also just blocks from APOST that certifies all Alabama Law Enforcement Officers.
Seems some of the "alleged leaders" of this state need to pry their heads from between their buttocks and get Montgomery under control. Someone needs to get Governor Ivey and Attorney General Marshall's attention and they need to go to work on safety instead of the manure they are throwing out.
I despise when leaders are not really leaders.
MONTGOMERY: Someone fired shots at the Montgomery County Courthouse early Friday morning, shattering three large windows.
Montgomery County sheriff's Chief Deputy Kevin Murphy said the incident happened about 2:06 a.m. when someone drove up Lawrence Street and unleashed gunfire. The overnight security officer was at Annex 2 when he heard shots fired to the south of him.
He went to investigate and found the damaged windows at the main courthouse. "Whoever fired, they fired and then took off,'' Murphy said.
