HARTFORD:    8:36 AM    Hartford Police Chief Annie Ward has issued statement that Hartford Police will cease to respond to calls when sustained winds reach 40 MPH. Hartford Police will only respond to emergency calls.


Chief Ward urges you to get to where you need to get. 


This storm is a Category 4 hurricane. This is as dangerous as it gets. Be prepared.
