HEADLAND - Highway 431 and County Road 22 - MVA with Entrappment

HEADLAND: Headland Police 911 dispatched a motor vehicle accident with injuries and entrapment on Highway 431 at County Road 22. The time of dispatch was at 6:34 PM.
Headland Police, to include Headland Police Chief Mark Jones responded, Headland Fire - Rescue and Kinsey Volunteer Fire as mutual aid assistance.
Headland Fire - Rescue had to use extrication tools and remove one that was injured in a vehicle. After extrication the injured was transported by Headland Rescue to a Dothan hospital.
Henry County Sheriff Department assisted Headland Police with the traffic. Ferguson Wrecker towed the wreck vehicle.
Headland Police is in charge of the investigation.
THE LAST PICTURE: That picture is for the wife of Headland Police Chief Mark Jones. He does know how to use a broom - so put him to work on house work. In all seriousness Chief Jones was sweeping the roadway of debris in an effort to clean up the scene.
