Holmes County Sheriff’s Office is hosting the Lonny Lindsey Memorial Trail Ride on Nov. 10.

As you likely know, this ride is held in honor of HCSO Deputy Lonny Lindsey, who was shot and killed after responding to a robbery call Sept. 17, 1996.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Officers Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded each year to graduating seniors who are seeking a career as a first responder.
