BONIFAY – Local Guardian ad Litem (GAL) volunteer Dawn Veit stopped by Holmes County Sheriff’s Office yesterday and donated 25 new children’s books.


These books will be used by our deputies and investigators to help comfort young children in traumatic situations.


Veit volunteers with the 14th Judicial Circuit GAL program, serving Holmes, Washington, and Calhoun counties.
