House Fire in Geneva County Leaves Two People Dead

GENEVA: An early morning fire has claimed the life of two people. Firefighters received a call at 7:35 a.m. of a house fire with someone entrapped.
When officers arrived, a trailer was fully engulft on East Smith Avenue. Two people were not able to get out of the trailer. They have been identified as 44-year-old Stancil Earl Jacobs of Samson and 34-year-old Samantha Loyd of Geneva.
The State Fire Marshall is assisting. The bodies were take to Montgomery for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
