Houston County Library System Ashford Branch Recieves Donation

ASHFORD: This afternoon Wiregrass Electric Cooperative and the Operation Round up Charitable Foundation held a check presentation ceremony for the Houston County Library System. The donation took place at the Ashford branch in the amount of $12,500.00


This donation has been made possible by our members who have agreed to have their monthly electric bill rounded up to the nearest whole dollar each month. Operation Round Up is proud to help the Ashford Library. The library is a cornerstone of the Ashford community and we feel it’s important to make sure it’s preserved so it can continue to serve the community.
