Hurricane season 2017: Now two areas to watch in the tropics

It's only a few days into the Atlantic hurricane season, and there's already two areas of potential development on the board.
The first one is far out in the Atlantic, several hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands off Africa's west coast.
The National Hurricane Center called it a strong tropical wave and said there's a low chance for it to develop as it moves westward.
