WIREGRASS:    1:36 PM.    If you see power on but your’s is not, you need to check electrical connections on customers side.


The utility company can not connect power to your residence or business if they notice a problem on the customers side of the connection.


So if On at your neighbors and not yours the problem on the customers side must be fixed.
