HOUSTON COUNTY:    From Wicksburg Fire - Rescue Chief Wanda Andress


This morning around 3:30 Lucy Rescue and Cottonwood Rescue was dispatched to a medical call. One unit answered, Lucy 9525. The one responding unit was a female. Realizing this fact, Dispatcher Henry Trujillo done a fantastic job making sure she was safe while she waited for the ambulance. He kept her updated on the ETA of the ambulance as well. As a society we are quick to point out when we think people haven't done their jobs. This has absolutely nothing to do with my department. But as a Chief it makes me feel a little more at ease to know someone is watching over my people when I can't be. All that to say this, "Good Job Dispatcher Trujillo and Thank you".
