HOUSTON COUNTY:    20th Judicial Circuit Court Judge Butch Binford has allowed the case of the bond holder on Country Crossings to continue forward. The bond holder is attempting to recoup the money loaned to Country Crossings.

The actual defendants should be former Alabama Governor Bob Riley and Former Mobile District Attorney John Tyson.

They sent Alabama State Troopers to Country Crossings without a search warrant and under false circumstances to intimidate Country Crossings. They lied to former Houston County Sheriff Andy Hughes who thought the Alabama State Troopers had search warrants.

Then Former Governor Bob Riley, John Tyson and then Alabama Department of Public Safety paid Troopers high overtime pay to sit across the street watching Country Crossings. Abuse of power through intimidation.

Now the current failure of Attorney General, Steve Marshall, filed lawsuits against Center Stage. Marshall's attempt has zero to do with the law but to do with grand standing for re-election.

The bondholder should name Riley and Tyson as number one defendants and go after them. And the fact they were sold out to the Indians, and they affected business through intimidation.

If you read RSN, there is no doubt that I opposed a funeral director being Coroner. But 11,000 registered voters of Houston County on June 5th overwhelmingly voted there is no conflict of interest in the Coroner owning a funeral home.

You know what? I have confidence in the registered voters of Houston County and their position. I support a funeral director being Coroner, support Robert Byrd, and honor what the registered voters decided.

The above statement is made because the elected so called leaders say electronic bingo is illegal. Let the voters decide. Because I for one respect the decision of the registered voters.

Traffic tickets were issued on paper. They are done electronically.

Traffic tickets were sworn to in person. They are done electronically.

Court records were files. Today they are electronic.

Lawsuits were filed by hand delivering to the courthouse. Today they are done through electronic submission.

Mail was sent by placing a stamp, putting it in a box and a postman delivering it. Now it is sent with the press of a button and transmitted and received in seconds, electronically.

But no....in Alabama we spend millions of dollars on "electronic" in court when all of the files in the case are submitted "electronically".
