HOUSTON COUNTY:    Just Arriving all the way from West Palm Beach Florida...with reservations at the Donald Valenza Hilton AKA the Houston County Jail.

Houston County Sheriff Investigators Adam Zeh and Ricky Herring traveled to Key West to take the suspect into custody on 7 counts of Theft of Property in the first degree. Through orders of the Judge there is no bond.

On or about February 2, 2016 Houston County Sheriff Investigators worked on a Sunday the crime scene at Boyd's Marine. Professionals came in and stole several deep sea outboard motor engines.

The Houston County Sheriff Criminal Investigators worked over the scene with a fine tooth comb. They took their time and conducted a thorough investigation.

The investigators cracked the case and started the search for the suspect. 

The suspect is identified as Yoel Hernandez, Hispanic male.

Investigator Zeh and Investigator Herring made the trip to West Palm Beach Florida. The suspect, Yoel Hernandez was located and taken into custody.

Tonight at 9:15 PM Zeh and Herring arrived at the Houston County Jail where Hernandez reservations had been made at the Valenza Hilton. Those reservations were at 9:15 PM.

Hernandez will appear in Houston County District Court at 8:30 AM before Houston County District Court Judge Benjamin Lewis for first appearance.
