KINSTON - COFFEE COUNTY:     We reported last evening where Kaleb Cam Giles was shot and killed in Kinston on Sunday evening.


We reported that Ansar Lane was taken into custody. 


Lane was questioned and released without any charges being filed.


All details are not known but Lane was released from law enforcement custody without any criminal charges.
