COFFEE COUNTY:     Recently RSN printed a article concerning Coffee County EMS refusal to call Enterprise Rescue as Mutual Aid. Further in the article RSN printed that Coffee County Commission, Coffee County Emergency Services and Elba City Council voted t award emergency medical care in the county to Haynes Ambulance Service.

A recent mass casualty RSN reported Coffee County EMS policy and refusal to mutual aid assist Enterprise Rescue.

That article was followed by a EMAIL letter from the law firm of Ball and Ball demanding retraction of the article.

RSN emailed the law firm twice asking for copies of the contract and have not received a response. The reason we need the contract is to see what date the contract read they took over of they were not in charge the day of the mass casualty accident. The law firm threatened "legal options". RSN has offered to pay the filing fees for Haynes Ambulance to file a lawsuit against us. Because that would give RSN the legal authority for discovery, subpoenas and depositions where we could seek documents and ask questions under oath and the penalties of perjury.

LET ME BE CLEAR - RSN WANTS TO PUT THE TRUE FACTS, but if the  law firm thinks that I am about to take their word for it they apparently are suffering in being able to think clearly.

NOW...the picture below is a note reported to have been posted in the Elba Police Communications Center on the day of the mass casualty accident. After the RSN article the note was removed.

If it is a lie then the Elba Police Chief is welcome to call me at 334-790-1729 and call me a liar. I will even drive to Elba and allow him to do so on camera. AWAITING YOUR PHONE CALL ELBA POLICE CHIEF.

NOTE:   The abbreviation CCEMS represents Coffee County EMS.

To the law firm, you sent me the letter via EMAIL. I have twice responded back via email for a copy of the contract. And now I add the note reported to have been posted either by Danny of Coffee County EMS and/or Haynes Ambulance. 

Either way, both have some explanations to make.

EMS is about saving lives. Let me repeat, EMS is about saving lives. Let me repreat, EMS is about saving lives.

Hats off to Coffee County Commissioner Jim Thompson. The only man with a backbone who stood up for the people of Coffee County. All others are spineless puppets.

To Ball and Ball law firm and Haynes Ambulance, I will be more than happy to meet you and open up a camera and let you say whatever it is you want to say, but with the stipulations you will be asked questions.

The note did not just appear.
