FOLEY:   On Tuesday Lula Hardy Outlaw, age 100, passed away in a Foley Hospital surrounded by her children.


Recently family and friends celebrated Mama Lou’s 100th Birthday.


Truly a lady, but a determined lady who fought many struggles and obstacles in life to raise her family.


Mama Lou’s first husband passed away when she had a two year old child and pregnant with a second child. It was a time when there were no social security benefits. Mama Lou fought the struggles and survived raising her family.


From Cottonwood Mama Lou moved several years ago to Foley to be around her children.


Funeral arrangements to be announced by Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
