MAN ARRESTED FOR INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT

DeFuniak Springs Police responded to Beall’s Outlet Tuesday afternoon after a caller reported a man was putting his hand down his pants and “fondling” himself while in the store.


While on scene, another witness also reported the man had done the same thing inside Winn Dixie. 59 year old Gary Ron O’Neal was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.


He was taken to the Walton County Jail and booked on those charges. As of this release, O’Neal is being held on a $1,000 bond.
