Marianna Man Charged Sexual Battery on A Minor

On September 20th, 2017 the Marianna Police Department responded to the report of a sexual battery on a minor. Officers conducted an investigation into the allegations being made. During the investigation, officers were able to determine that Marquette Roulhac had forcible sexual intercourse with the minor.


Officers located Roulhac at his residence where he was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery on a Minor Older than 12 but Younger than 18. Roulhac was transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance.
