Hello, I’m Joe Cook. I am the private hibachi chef, with over 28 years cooking in the Japanese Steakhouse. I am based in Dothan, Alabama. I am permitted, licensed and insured.
I have a complete set of hibachi grill, table and chairs. I provide all the foods and entertainment. I can cook for a party of 10, or upto 40s. For a larger party from 50 to 300, I team up with other chefs.
I setup the entire hibachi station; dishes, silverware, napkins, balloons, flowers, etc.
I have the best and the highest quality of Filet Mignon, Steak, Yakinuki Beef, Shrimp, Scallop, Lobster, Salmon.
I use and work with only fresh vegetable such as: Zucchini, onion, mushroom, broccoli, carrot and cabbage. I also offer hibachi noodle and my homemade shrimp sauce, white sauce and ginger sauce.
I can be travel upto 250 miles from Dothan, Alabama.

What most people doesn’t know is after Hurricane Michael, Joe went to FL and fed all the first responders. He put his business on hold and with no income he went to Panama City for days to feed them. Joe has a heart of gold us first responders want to thank him for what he did.
