A little history lesson...
Miriam Shehane I would consider to be the the victims rights leader in Alabama.
In 1976 her daughter was murdered in Birmingham, while away at college. Through that tragedy she found out there were NO rights for victims in Alabama! NONE!
She took on the justice system! Because of her relentless fight, strength, and determination, ALL victims of crime now have the right to be an ACTIVE participant in their own cases because she took her tragedy and tried to help others!
Now one of the monsters that murdered Quenette is coming up for parole again!
As a thank you for helping others.. could you take just a few minutes and write a letter to the parole board requesting them to deny this murderer?
The parole board in place now has released over 200 violent offenders in the past year that have not served a third of their sentence! No telling what they would do in this case.
Miriam needs EVERYONE to write a letter to help her keep him in.
