MONTGOMERY:     The lottery bills and electronic bingo legislation packages in the media does not include Houston County.

The new version this afternoon also does not include Houston County.

The legislation is going to open up full gaming for the Indians. This is negligence on the part of the Alabama Senators and members of the Alabama House of Representatives.

THERE IS NOTHING THAT BENEFITS HOUSTON COUNTY AT ALL.

Either side of the fence you are on in this issue, Houston County being left out is totally the fault of Alabama Senator Donnie Chesteen, Alabama Senator Billy Beasley, and Alabama Houston of Representative Members Paul Lee, Dexter Grimlsey, Steve Clouse and Jeff Sorrells.

Also all of the news articles say the Indians gave money to certain legislators. Understand that when Alabama Power pulled from BCA ( Business Council of Alabama ) the Indians took their spot and gave money to the BCA PAC.

So any legislator that received campaign donations from BCA, ultimately received money through the PAC. It was just hidden.

A lot of games are going on in Montgomery. It was hidden from the media until certain people got elected.

The Alabama Senators and Alabama House Members feel, this is the first of 4 years. And you the voters are so dumb and stupid you will forget before the next election the games they played with you.

And if you believe anything Del Marsh tells you, he is a snake oil salesman and would not know the truth if it slapped him in the face.

WSFA TV 12 EXPOSES NEW VERSION OF LEGISLATION

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - A lottery proposal is heading to the full Alabama Senate for a vote after it passed 6-5 in the Senate Tourism and Marketing Committee Tuesday.

Sen. Greg Albritton, R-Atmore, is the sponsor of the bill that would legalize a paper-based lottery. If the legislature approves, it would go to a statewide vote.

Sen. Del Marsh, R-Anniston, said this proposal is a “clean” lottery.

“In the meetings I’ve had with caucus members they seem to want a simple bill. My meetings with House members, give us a simple version. To me that’s the most simple version we’ve got,” Marsh said.
