DOTHAN:    Whoever made the decision to repave Oates Street during the day, their is a psychiatrist available for your counseling session.


Night time would not have been the nightmare that daytime is. Just takes a little planning and preparation along with concern for the public traveling.


Glad it is getting repaved. But THINK!
