Not Information But Revelation To Who HE Is

DOTHAN:   Area churches come together to serve their community, and return each evening for worship.

This week WIRED 2017 is in full action. Young people from this area are working serving the community in various projects. From being at gas stations and when you gas up, the young people ask may they clean your windshield and welcome to Dothan.

Some are with crews repairing homes. Young people and adults working all over Dothan and the area.

They return to the Dothan Civic Center for a time of worship each evening. 

Tonight the Pastor of Passion Church in Atlanta Georgia delivered a powerful message:

Louie is the Visionary Architect and Director of the Passion Movement, comprised of Passion Conferences, Passion City Church, Passion Publishing and sixstepsrecords, and the founder of Passion Global Institute. Louie and Shelley have a desire to see our neighborhood and the world come to know the grace we have found in Christ. In everything we do here at Passion City Church, they lead us towards one single name…JESUS.

THE MESSAGE

Everything in your life can not change not change in a few minutes. But a few minutes can change everything in your life. Pastor Louie said "what GOD does in this room tonight can change the rest of your whole life".

The message was based on the scriptures from Mark 10: 46 - 52. A blind man who met Jesus. And he saw Jesus days before Jesus was crucified on the cross, yet rose again three days later in order that we might have ever lasting life.

Pastor Louie said a lot of people have the INFORMATION of who Jesus is. They have the INFORMATION down. They know the Christian codes and verses, songs. They have the clothing. But the relationship is not deep within and only skin deep.

But what they do not have is the REVELATION. Their eyes open, the spiritual eyes open to a RELATIONSHIP with Christ. The difference in knowing ABOUT Christ and KNOWING Christ.

Pastor Louie said through scripture and the spirit, in conversation with CHRIST, you can hear HIS word to you. 

A powerful message of stopping going through the motions of being a church attender and get into a relationship with Christ in knowing HIM and having a deep and personal relationship with Christ.
