Many people are unaware they have diabetes because the symptoms seem harmless. The symptoms of diabetes include frequent urination, excessive thirst, extreme hunger, unexplained weight loss, increased fatigue, irritability, and blurry vision.



Talk to your doctor if you have one or more of these signs, as early detection and treatment may prevent harmful effects of this disease. The Diabetes Treatment Center at Southeast Alabama Medical Center is dedicated to preventing and lowering diabetes statistics for our patients and community.
