With this deal, you will receive two (2) admission tickets and two (2) ceramic steins to the 2017 PorktoberQue!

PorktoberQue is in its 6th year as a KCBS sanctioned barbecue competition and as an awesome less-than-traditional Oktoberfest. It is held at the Houston County Farm Center in Dothan, Alabama the last weekend of September. *Must pick-up tickets and mugs by Monday, September 25, 2017, from the Thirsty Pig at 257 S. Saint Andrews St, Dothan, AL 36303. NO EXCEPTIONS.


This year’s festival is 3 days, September 29 - October 1, 2017. The Houston County Farm Center is located at 1701 E. Cottonwood Road in Dothan. It’s on the Ross Clark Circle, at the intersection of HWY 53.

Gates are open Friday, September 29th from 5-10PM. These are the hours also for the indoor Biergarten (beer garden) which is air-conditioned and provides live music from 6-10. Friday night is the KJAMS concert.

Gates are open Saturday, September 30th from 10am-6pm and also Sunday, October 1st from 11am-4pm. Both days there will be polka bands and live music on the outside stage. The Biergarten will begin serving beer after 1:00pm Sunday in accordance with local and state laws. There will also be a community-wide prayer rally on Sunday at 11am, and gospel and praise music all day.
