Opp Police Find Body of Missing Elba Man

OPP: The Opp Police Department on Friday night found the body of a man missing from Elba since last Saturday, and four individuals have been charged in his death.
The OPD’s investigation began on Wednesday, when the department was notified of a vehicle parked behind an abandoned house on Walding Road. They determined the vehicle, a gray 2008 Chrysler Sebring, belonged to Louis Swinger, 36, who had last been seen in Elba on Saturday, July 7, 2018, when he said he was gong to Opp.
