An Orlando man facing active warrants in Seminole and Lake Counties was arrested in Okaloosa County after an OCSO deputy spotted him driving a stolen car on Old Bethel Road in Crestview. Deputies made contact with 39-year old Lloyd Dow when he pulled into the Tom Thumb store on West James Lee Boulevard.
The white Chevy Trailblazer had been reported stolen in Walton County. Dow initially told deputies his name was Jason Waldron. An OCSO K9 alerted on the Trailblazer and deputies found a glass pipe and two clear plastic bags underneath the driver’s seat containing methamphetamine residue.
They learned Dow was driving on a license that had been suspended more than three times and that he has warrants for Failure to Appear for Grand Theft in Lake County and Failure to Appear on two counts of Dealing in Stolen Property in Seminole County.
His charges by the OCSO are grand theft of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license (3rd or subsequent offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, and impersonation of another individual by identification card.
