DOTHAN:     We all question why things happen. And we will never get a solid answer. With the question of why things happen, we must LOOK UP and lean on GOD. Might not get the answer, but that is where faith comes from that GOD is a sovereign GOD, and faith that HE will get us through any set of circumstances.


Last evening people’s lives were changed in a split second. 


Christian Mullins life was taken. He was conscious on the scene and spoke, but as the clock ticked forward, GOD made another decision. Later Christian passed from this life into the gates of heaven.


With the tragic loss of Christian, parents loss their child, other family members lost their grandchild, cousin and many lost a friend.


Along with Christian, Fisher Shipes life has been changed forever. Through what has been described as an accident, Fisher has experienced something that he will really never overcome. But with the strength of GOD, through true genuine friends, Fisher shall cope with what happen. He can emerge with a great testimony that can change lives for the better.


The criminal justice system can not do anything to Fisher that his heart has not and will not endure worse than anything the “system” might do.


In addition to the family and friends, there is another group that I most especially want o ask you to lift up in prayers.


From the Dothan Police 911 staff that took the call. That immediately began to step the persons on the scene into life saving events until emergency staff arrived. To the law enforcement, Dothan Fireman, Pilcher Ambulance Teams that sprang into action in order to provide every opportunity in order to save this young man’s life.


The men and women in the Emergency Department of Southeast Alabama Medical Center that fought for Christian to live. The staff and emergency room physicians that applied every ounce of knowledge and training they have ever had in order to work to save this young man’s life.


To the men and women in the surgical department of SAMC, the surgeons and physicians that rolled in in an effort to save this young man. Doing everything that have ever been trained to do in an effort to save this young man.


For a reason we will never really know, GOD had other plans. Christian passed from this life into the Gates of Heaven.


Please pray for all who fought for this young man. They gave all they had and then more, to work to provide every opportunity known to man to save this 19 year Old.


So please lift all of this people up. First THANKING GOD we have dedicated people from the ones answering the 911 phone through those on the scene, in the emergency rooms, and surgical centers fighting to save lives.


THANKS TO EACH OF you. I know this is tough, but prayers are lifted up about each of you from people you will never know.


Also, please let this be a lesson to have your heart right with GOD. Because this is an example, seconds can change the entire course of your life.
