DOTHAN:   Dothan Police Lt. Will Glover, Commander Of Vice and Intelligence Division Of Dothan Police Department was found on the ground this morning next to his patrol vehicle at the gas pumps behind Dothan Civic Center. 


A Dothan Police Patrol Officer found him about 7:40 AM.


Lt. Glover was rushed to the hospital. He suffered a medical issue.


Lt. Glover commanded Criminal Investigation Duvision for a number of years before taking over Vice and Intelligence.


Lt. Glover is a fantastic law enforcement officer and friends.


Please pray for Lt. Glover, his physicians, his family, and his law enforcement family.

Im not sure how to put this in words but here it goes.


As I sit here in the icu waiting, I’ve had some time to collect my thoughts.
My daddy (Lt Will Glover) the man who I’ve always looked up to for many years (since I was 6) a amazing father & greatest papa to my sweet babies who he thought hung the moon and painted the stars. The strongest, toughest, hard headed man I know. The man who’s shaped me and cared for me to make me the woman I am today, I sit here with him. My heart breaks but my faith is strong he will pull through this.


I hurt for my mom, all the information that has been thrown at her today, to see her protector this way, my sisters and brother like I said he’s the strongest, toughest, hardworking, & most hard headed man. We never saw this coming. We hurt.


He’s suffered from a aneurism today.


Today I’m thankful for my amazing husband who’s been there every little need I had him do. My in laws for caring for our babies. My work family making sure I don’t have to worry about work or my bus kids. The support system is unreal of all the wonderful first responders, police officers, fire, dispatchers, & many more I know I’m forgetting, that have crowed hallways and ran to get anything we needed, made phone calls we couldn’t bare to speak of. Family runs so deep, it warms my heart tremendously to know my daddy is so loved.


My daddy is a fighter, my daddy is not going to give up, he does not back down ever, I know the lord is going to work big things for him. I ask of one thing when you read this, pray, pray hard for my daddy, the doctors and nurses caring for him. Pray for my mom, my siblings, all the love ones my daddy has had a impact on their life, & a little prayer for this daddy’s little girl.

Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
