LAS VEGAS NEVADA: The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department conducted an investigation report following the October 1, 2017 mass shooting.
During a concert, Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas Nevada, attended by 22,000 people, a lone gunman, Stephen Paddock opened fire from a 31st story hotel room at Mandalay Bay Hotel. Paddock fired from the 31st floor into the crowd of 22,000 people.
During Paddock's shooting spree 58 persons were killed. Paddock was found in his hotel room dead from an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound.
The preliminary investigation report was released to the public in January 2018. The release of such a report is unusual, but was done after such public outcry.
Tonight I have been reading articles about the 17 killed in Broward County Florida. That research then led me to research the Las Vegas shooting, thus finding this report. While I have not read every word and detail, it was interesting to read the investigative findings.
As I said in another article concerning Broward County Sheriff Department, FACTS... that is what the law enforcement agencies have to depend on. Not thoughts, theories, or what someone else said, such as the media. But as McGarrett said on Hawii Five-O, just the facts DANNO!
