DOTHAN:     The HUEY HELICOPTER was the aircraft used to deploy military men and women in battle, remove them from battle and remove the wounded from the battlefields.


On Saturday, behind Flowers Hospital at the corner of John D. Odom Road and Whatley Drive, you will have the opportunity of a lifetime in riding in a Huey.


Beginning at 9 AM until 7 PM, for $ 50 come out for the thrill of a lifetime as you see and ride in the Huey Helicopter.


The Friends of Army Aviation who support the Veterans will be flying anyone that wants to come out and fly with them. A ride you will never forget.


A time for Veterans to come out and show their families what they flew in. Also a time for those currently serving to come out and show their families.
