Search Warrant Lands Three Houston County Men in Jail on Multiple Charges

On July 11, 2018, at Approx. 1:30 p.m. Houston County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 2772 Jordan Ave. Cowarts, Al.

Houston County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call at 2778 Jordan Ave.  Based on what the deputies observed during the investigation of the call Houston County Vice Units/Alabama Drug Enforcement Taskforce responded and obtained a search warrant for the residence/property.

Twenty One (21) firearms and a large amount of illegal narcotics have been recovered and the case is still under investigation.

Arrested:  Ethan Wade Roper 18 yrs old w/m

Arrested:  Jacob Samuel Grimes 19 yrs old w/m

                                College St.

                                Slocomb, AL

Arrested:  Ethan Thomas Goolsby 18 yrs old w/m

                                Stillwood Rd.

                                Dothan, AL

ALL THREE (3) SUBJECTS ARE CHARGED WITH FOLLOWING CHARGES:

Charge(s):  Possession of a Controlled Substance (MDMA)

Bond: $10,000.00

Charge:  Possession of Controlled Substance (XANAX)

Bond: $10,000.00

Charge:  Possession of Controlled Substance (HYDROCODONE)

Bond: $10,000.00

Charge:  Possession of Controlled Substance (AMPHETAMINE)

Bond: $10,000.00

Charge:  Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree

Bond: $10,000.00

Charge:  Possession of Controlled Substance (METH)

Bond: $10,000.00
