Search Warrant Lands Threein Jail on Drug Charges

On 7-27-17 at approximately 4:00 p.m. a narcotics search warrant was executed as a result of an ongoing investigation into the illegal sales of methamphetamines at 5326 Cliff St in Graceville Florida.
Upon executing the search warrant, law enforcement officers were able to locate approximately 2 grams of methamphetamine packaged for individual sale, approximately 35 grams of marijuana packaged for individual sale, 50 SUBOXONE prescription films, digital scales, plastic bags and numerous other items of drug paraphernalia associated with the distribution and use of narcotics.
As a result of the investigation, the execution of the search warrant and the evidence collected the following individuals that lived in the residence were placed under arrest:
Andrew Ronald Lima Jr. 46 years old
Charges:
Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of church
Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of church
Possession of Controlled Substance without prescription
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Andrew Anthony Lima 23 years old
Charges:
Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of church
Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of church
Possession of Controlled Substance without prescription
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Resisting Arrest without violence
Stephanie Anne Fitzgerald 27 years old
Charges:
Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of church
Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of church
Possession of Controlled Substance without prescription
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
