On August 24, 2018 the Dale County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Department of Human Resources in reference to a sexual abuse allegation.  During the course of the investigation Investigators were able to obtain enough information to obtain a warrant for the arrest of Kent Leo Fry 54 year male from Clayhatchee.


Based on statements and other investigative measures we believe Fry has fled the area to avoid arrest. If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Fry please contact the Dale County Sheriff’s Office @ 334-774-2335 or visit www.daleso.com and click on the crime tip section and leave us an anonymous tip.


We will be turning the warrant over to the U.S. Marshal Service’s Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force.


Due to the sensitivity of the crime and age of the victim limited information will be released.
