Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling

Enterprise Police Department investigators have arrested Michael Dionne Stanford, 24, of Ozark for shooting into an Occupied Dwelling in reference to an incident which occurred in the 100 block of Bell Street Saturday December 22nd. Stanford was stopped by Enterprise Police Patrol Officers while attempting to leave the area.
During the traffic stop it was discovered that a second subject, Chase Atkins, was wanted for Probation Violation from Tuscaloosa. Atkins was placed under arrest for those warrants.
