Single Vehicle Accident Claims the Life of a Greenville Man

TROY POST -- A single-vehicle crash at 2:45 p.m. yesterday, April 7th, has claimed the life of a Greenville man. Thorice Markel Tyson, 37, was killed when the 2007 GMC Sierra he was operating left the roadway and struck a tree.


The crash occurred on New Searcy Road near Interstate 65, approximately two miles north of Greenville in Butler County. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
