Single vehicle Accident Claims the Life of a Satsuma Man

DOTHAN POST -- A single-vehicle crash at 2:45 p.m. today, Feb. 22, has claimed the life of a Satsuma man. Michael Shane Cauley, 38, was killed when the 1995 Nissan Pathfinder he was operating left the roadway and struck several trees.


Cauley, who was not using a seat belt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on Co 70 in Covington County. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
