Single Vehicle Accident has Claimed the Life of a Andalusia Man

TROY POST -- A single-vehicle crash at 5:48 p.m. today, February 22, has claimed the life of a Andalusia man. Joseph Ryan Ballard, 33, was killed when the 1996 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer he was operating left the roadway, overturned, and caught fire.


Ballard was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on U.S. 331 near the 10 mile marker. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
