Single vehicle Accident Claims a Life in Holmes County

HOLMES COUNTY: Vehicle was traveling southbound on County Road 173 in the southbound travel lane approaching a right curve in the road. The driver failed to negotiate the curve. As a result, the vehicle traveled across the northbound travel lane and onto the east shoulder of County Road 173. The vehicle continued to travel in a southerly direction on the east shoulder for a short distance before the front of vehicle collided with several small trees.
