On September 14, 2017 a Deputy with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was on routine patrol on Highway 90 in the area of Cypress, Florida and observed a pick-up truck traveling in front of him unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.
Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Lisa Marie Bramblett she informed the Deputy her license was suspended for failure to pay a Uniform Traffic Citation she had received previously. This information was confirmed through NCIC/FCIC to be accurate. While the Deputy was in his car he observed Bramblett to be making several furtive movements within the vehicle. After making contact with Bramblett again consent to search the vehicle was obtained.
While searching the vehicle the Deputy found the following items within the vehicle: two pen casings with suspected Methamphetamine residue, aluminum foil wrapper with Methamphetamine residue, a clear jewelry style bag containing a crystallized substance. The crystallized substance did field test presumptive positive for Methamphetamine.
Lisa Bramblett was placed under arrest and transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance on the charges.
