Presiding Circuit Judge of the 33rd Judicial Circuit (Dale/Geneva Counties), Judge William H. Filmore, was sworn in to begin his second six year term as Circuit Judge by Governor Kay Ivey.  His wife, Angelia Filmore, held the Bible during the ceremony in the Governor’s Office.  Bill & Angelia’s son, William Filmore, Jr. and his wife, Liz, both work for Governor Ivey.  Liz Filmore is the Deputy Chief of Staff and William Filmore serves as House Liaison and Director of Local Government Relations.
