Terrorist Threat Lands One In Jail

On 9/22/2017, Officers responded to the City of Dothan Utility Collections building on N. Saint Andrews. St. on a call involving a customer who had become frustrated and stated that he was going to come back and “blow up” the building. Patrol stopped the subject nearby and called out Investigators who interviewed James Ray Morrell (59) and charged him with Terrorist Threat. His bond was set at $5,000.00.
