CAKES FOR AVALYN
Was A Huge Success !!


TEAMWORK!!!


Because of the wonderful community we live in ....Over $9200.... was raised for the Cakes For Avalyn Fundraiser.


I would have never imagined three years ago when I did the very first Cake Fundraiser “ CAKES FOR CODY” that just by baking homemade pound-cakes that now over $120,000 has been raised for 9 local children with cancer.


And without help from this community and without the help from so many who have helped bake cakes it wouldn’t be so successful.

I was honored today to finally get to meet the Barber Family and present them with the money raised from the fundraiser.


Avalyn is definitely a beautiful little Princess. Today she turned 3 years old and darn it she wouldn’t let me stick my finger in her Minnie Mouse Bday Cake.


They told me thank you over and over but it’s I Who Thank Them for allowing me to meet such a wonderful family who needs our prayers every day.


After all the Bday festivities end tonight, tomorrow she leaves to go back to Children’s Hospital to start more chemo treatments.


I have a beautiful new friend and yes she will always be a Princess in my eyes
