Therapeutic Recreation Volunteers Needed

The Dothan Leisure Services Therapeutic Recreation Program is in need of volunteers to assist with summer camps for intellectually challenged children and adults throughout the summer. Volunteers will assist with arts and crafts, music, recreational games, and life skills programs.


Camps offered include Life Skills cooking (June 11-14, 2018 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.), Arts and Crafts (June 18-21, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.), Independent Living Skills (June 4-7, 2018 2:00-4:00 p.m.) and First Aid & Safety (July 2, 3, 5 & 6th, 2018 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.).
