OZARK: Today a long time member of the Ozark Fire Department is working his last shift. Daniel (Tank) Mercer says good bye after 25 years and 29 days as an Ozark Firefighter-Paramedic. In 1992 Daniel started his career with the Ozark Fire Department. He has seen a lot of changes over the past 25 years; Daniel also worked at Pilcher’s Ambulance service for many years. He is a 1983 graduate of Cottonwood High School and has attended both Wallace College and the Alabama Fire College.

A lot of his friends and co-works say they will miss him. We want to wish Daniel good luck on his retirement.
