Res. No._________Entering into a permit agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the installation of sanitary sewer lateral to an existing sanitary sewer main within right-of-way at 2231 Ross Clark Circle, to serve a new business. APPROVED

Res. No._________Awarding the bid, entering into a contract and issuing a Notice to Proceed and other related documents to L & K Contracting Company, Inc. for the 2018 E. Lafayette Street and S. Foster Street Water Main Replacement, for the sum of $210,964.00, and appropriating funds for said project. APPROVED

Res. No._________Accepting funding under the Department of Homeland Security Equipment Grant in the amount of $30,000.00 to be used to purchase equipment for the Dothan Police Bomb Team, and appropriating funds for said purchases. APPROVED

No._________Entering into an agreement with the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Program for reimbursement of overtime expenditures related to the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force in the amount of $18,000.00, and appropriating funds for said project. APPROVED

No._________Accepting the proposal of McGriff, Siebels, and Williams for Basic Life and AD&D Insurance for City employees and to offer Voluntary Supplemental Insurance to City employees as quoted by Unum Group Insurance Company and; accepting the proposal of Workplace Solutions to provide non-commissioned enrollment counselors, billing and payroll deduction assistance, and carrier administration at no cost to the City with Unum Group Insurance Company subsidizing the annual cost for a three-year period. APPROVED
