No._________Accepting the proposal of McGriff, Siebels, and Williams for Basic Life and AD&D Insurance for City employees and to offer Voluntary Supplemental Insurance to City employees as quoted by Unum Group Insurance Company and; accepting the proposal of Workplace Solutions to provide non-commissioned enrollment counselors, billing and payroll deduction assistance, and carrier administration at no cost to the City with Unum Group Insurance Company subsidizing the annual cost for a three-year period.
